About Caffe Di Talya Veloce
Caffe Di Talya Veloce is where Gianfranco’s Italian coffee tradition meets drive-thru speed. Every cup starts with Caffè Vergnano beans, roasted and brewed the way he learned it at home, which is why regulars describe the espresso as smooth and easy on the stomach, never bitter or sharp.
We rebuilt our drive-thru lane over the past few months to cut wait times. What used to back up onto Ingraham St. is now a quick couple of minutes, even during the morning rush.
Our Craft
Our beans are roasted the traditional Italian way, which reviewers consistently point to as the reason our espresso tastes rounder and easier to drink than the average shot. No harsh acidity, no bitter aftertaste.
Our Pistachio Latte is made with real pistachio powder, customers call it out by name as tasting noticeably better than the artificial syrup version most cafes pour. It’s become our most-requested drink.
We rebuilt our drive-thru flow from the ground up this year. What used to be a slow crawl is now a quick, no-line stop. Same handcrafted quality, a fraction of the wait.
